 Delivery & Returns

All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

If there are any delays outside of our control, for example delays from our component suppliers or delays with courier companies we will let you know via email.

All our product prices include delivery in the UK, however if you return the product there will be a charge for which you will be liable

 

Collection in-store

When your order is ready you can also collect it from our warehouse.  Should you wish to do this please call us to arrange a time.

 

International Shipping 

We offer international shipping to Europe and the USA.   Should you require this service you will need to get in touch with us to quote you a customised delivery price before you place your order.

International shipping times can vary greatly depending on the destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kilim Furniture is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number which you can use to check its status. Please allow 24  hours for the tracking information to become available. 

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible  with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We regret we are unable to accept returns for bespoke or custom made items.
